Momentum Pictures has snagged the rights to ‘The Possession Experiment’, directed by Scott B. Hansen, co-written by Mary J Dixon
‘The Possession Expirement co-stars Chris Minor, Jake Brinn, Nicky Jasper, KT Fanelli, and horror icon Bill Moseley, who starred in ‘Halloween’ (2007), ‘House of 1000 Corpses’, ‘The Devil’s Rejects’ and ‘Death House’.
The film follows Brandon (Minor), who has always been drawn to the supernatural. Brandon has chosen exorcisms as his topic for a project for his theology class. He teams up with three classmates for the project, but after discovering that a multiple homicide was actually an exorcism gone wrong, he becomes obsessed and decides that the only way he can research the subject further is if he experiences an exorcism himself.
Todd Slater produced with Bob Winegard and T. Anthony Jones served as executive producers. The U.S. release date of ‘The Possession Experiment’ has yet to be announced.
