The first promo has arrived for the fourth season of ‘The Originals’ which returns to The CW This March, one week after the final episode of ‘The Vampire Diaries’.
The fourth season picks five years later, with all of the Mikaelsons incapacitated, a first for the series. Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) left New Orleans with her daughter Hope and four Mikaelsons in their caskets. She is on the hunt for a cure to heal them and bring her family out of their spelled comas, the only thing keeping them alive, TV Guide reports.

The series stars Charles Michael Davis, Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, Danielle Campbell, Leah Pipes, Yusuf Gatewood, Riley Voelkel, Steven Krueger, Claire Holt, Nathan Parson, Nathaniel Buzolic, and Sebastian Roché.
Season four of ‘The Originals’ premieres on The CW on March 17th.
