A new trailer for the English remake of Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury’s 2007 French genre film Inside has arrived. If the new version is anything like the original film we can expect an intense, brutal experience. In fact, the original version, À l’intérieur, is still considered one of the most extreme genre films released in the past 20 years.
In the film, only months after a woman’s husband passes away, a pregnant woman is tormented in her home by a strange woman who wants her unborn baby.
The remake, starring Rachel Nicholas and Laura Harring, was directed by Miguel Ángel Vivas and written by Manu Diez and Jaume Balaguro who co-directed [REC].
Producer Adrian Guerra stated that with the remake, ” We took the original idea and made it an edge-of-your-seat thriller, more Hitchcock-ian than a splatter-fest.”
