Now, another group of medical students are carrying out experiments that involve past tragedies until the dark consequences begin to jeopardize their lives.
Michael Bederman and Brian Oliver are serving as executive producer for Flatliners. David Blackman, Laurence Mark, are producing along with Michael Douglas who had the following to say about the film:
We viewed the original movie as a jumping-off point – and are now telling a re-imagined story with new characters. We have learned more and more about the world, and science keeps answering so many questions and taking us to so many previously unexplored places – but still no one knows what happens after we die. That’s a question we’ll be asking ourselves forever.”
Flatliners will open in theaters on September 29, 2017.
