Future of ‘Telltale’s The Walking Dead’ Uncertain After Shakeup

Just like the sudden and dramatic exit of your favorite character on “The Walking Dead”, the same shocking end has come to the developers of “Telltale’s The Walking Dead” as of this afternoon around 90% of staff was laid off from Telltale Games, the developer of the hit TWD games, and “The Wolf Among Us”.
Friday started with 250 employees and ended with 225 seeking employment elsewhere. Due to the sudden “Red Wedding” surprise has now put the remainder of TWD final season in jeopardy as episode 2 will be coming out in a couple of days.
Among other projects that are now in limbo (in the gaming industry, it means Canceled) is “The Wolf Among Us 2” and a “Stranger Things” game.
