What if a child from another world crash-landed on Earth, but instead of becoming a hero to mankind, he proved to be something far more sinister?
From producer James Gunn, the director of Guardians of the Galaxy and Slither, comes Brightburn a subversive take on a new genre: superhero horror and today we have the first trailer.
Directed by David Yarovesky (The Hive), Brightburn stars Elizabeth Banks, David Denman, Jackson A. Dunn, Matt Jones, and Meredith Hagner. Mark Gunn and Brian Gunn penned the script for the film produced by Gunn and Kenneth Huang. Executive producers include Mark Gunn, Brian Gunn, Dan Clifton, Simon Hatt, and Nic Crawley.
Brightburn arrives in theaters on May 24, 2019.
