The first teaser trailer for the sequel to John Krasinski’s fantastic film A Quiet Place is currently playing exclusively with Black Christmas in theaters now. While we can’t share the teaser itself at the moment, we can share the first image from the film, simply titled A Quiet Place: Part II.
The image reveals that Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe are all back to reprise their roles from the 2018 original directed by Krasinski who wrote the screenplay along with Bryan Woods and Scott Beck.
Cillian Murphy, Djimon Housou, Lauren-Ashley Cristiano, Okieriete Onaodowan, Blake DeLong, and Wayne Duvall round out the cast.
Word is Part II will pick up right after the events of the first film with Evelynn Abbott (Blunt), her two children, and the newborn still fighting for their lives and continuing to live in silence while the horrific, super hearing monsters continue to prowl and kill anything that makes the slightest sound.
In the theater exclusive trailer viewers witness the family striking out for a new unknown location. Hopefully, we’ll be able to share the trailer soon. In the meantime, check out the first image of the family.
