Horror-Thriller ‘Clawfoot’ Scores UK Release Date Following US Debut

Director Michael Day’s new horror thriller, Clawfoot, combines chills, thrills, and dark humor to create a film you won’t want to miss. It’s already out in the US and will be released in the UK this September. Francesca Eastwood (Old) leads the cast alongside Milo Gibson (Hacksaw Ridge). Olivia Culpo, Oliver Cooper, and Nestor Carbonell round out the cast. Clawfoot follows a housewife terrorized by a demented contractor sent by her husband. He sets out on a mission to cause chaos and psychologically torture her. The two soon find themselves going head to head in a twisted battle of wits with deliciously unexpected results. In the wake of his father’s untimely death, a young boy is left in the eerie solitude of a sprawling country estate. His only companion is his newly widowed stepmother. Struggling to navigate the overwhelming task of parenthood, his stepmother grows distant, leaving their fragile bond at risk of collapse. Amidst the growing tension, the boy hears unsettling sounds echoing through the corridors. He is soon haunted by the presence of a grotesque creature bearing a disturbingly familiar resemblance to his late father. As the boy’s warnings are dismissed as the imagination of a grieving child, the sinister entity tightens its grip on their crumbling lives.
