Brutal Horror Comic ‘OBSO/LETE’ Coming This August

Two bartenders in a run-down future city realize their district is being infiltrated and assimilated by cybernetic horrors. That’s the premise of OBSO/LETE, the highly-anticipated new horror comic from G.A Alexander (writer), Justin M. Ryan (artist), and Daniela Barisone (artist). Their trio’s goal is to produce a comic that marries the neon-drenched world of cyberpunk with the grim tone and nightmare aesthetics of horror. We were inspired by movies like Hellraiser and Blade Runner, as well as comics like The Crow and 30 Days of Night that offer a gritty street-level view of the fantastic and often horrific events that take place in their stories.” Alexander states. “1995: A Hacker Attack takes out half of the US Government’s infrastructure. In 1996, The US Cybersecurity Act outlaws and severely restrict access to any networked or mobile technologies for the entire country. 2046: NOW… The City, a sprawling metropolis consisting of almost twenty separate districts, is under immense pressure. Filmmakers Set Out To Locate A Killer In The New Clips From ‘Faking A Murderer’

This August two filmmakers set out to find a killer in an attempt to make a hit true-crime film in Faking a Murder, directed by Stuart Stone (The Haunted House of Kirby Road, Scarecrows). Faking a Murderer follows two filmmakers on their noble yet perhaps misguided quest to track down a seedy-looking stranger they’ve discovered online who — in a disturbing video — seemingly confesses to a murder. Or at least that’s what they think. Seeing the popularity of true crime shows, they decide to try and turn this discovery into their own killer hit. With the support (both moral and financial) of a distributor, Stuart Stone and Adam Rodness set off on their journey to try and track down this elusive creep. When they bring the video to law enforcement, they’re told — repeatedly — that it’s really not much to go on, and they’re putting a lot of time and energy into what essentially is a fool’s errand.

“Stranger Things: Season Four” Is Finally On Its Way

It’s been several years now since we’ve seen our favorite kids in Hawkins, Indiana, and producer Shawn Levy is very aware that “Stranger Things” fans are getting very impatient after waiting for what feels like forever for the hit series’ fourth season. To state the incredibly obvious, it’s been way, way, way, way too long, and it’s coming,” said Levy about the upcoming season. The good news is, we won’t have to wait much longer, the new season has now finished filming. I shot in Lithuania right before the pandemic. We have filmed in Georgia, Lithuania, and New Mexico, so suffice to say Season 4 is sprawling. It’s visually and narratively very ambitious, much more ambitious than the prior three seasons — The delay is due in large measure to COVID and the pace at which we have to work to do so safely, but it also happens to be the season that we chose to go much bigger. It’s
