“Halo” Returning For An Explosive Second Season (Trailer)

Paramount+’s action-packed series adaptation of the hit gaming franchise “Halo” first premiered in 2022. The series, whose first season premiere marked the most viewed premiere in Paramount+’s history, dethroning “1883,” returns for an all-new second season this February. And the explosive new trailer is here. When all seems lost, a hero can emerge. Follow Master Chief John-117 and his team of elite Spartans against the alien threat known as the Covenant. As humanity’s best hope for winning the war, John-117 discovers his deep connection to a mysterious alien structure that holds the key to humankind’s salvation or destruction — the Halo. Thrilling Korean Series “Bargain” Now Streaming On Paramount+

The thrilling, action-packed Korean series “Bargain” is now streaming on Paramount+, marking the second K-series on the streaming service that is part of a partnership between Paramount and the Seoul-based CJ ENM. The series is an adaption of Lee Chung-hyun’s award-winning short film of the same name, which premiered in 2015. The series stars Jun Jong-seo (Money Heist: Korea) and Jin Seon-kyu (Extreme Job) and is directed by Jun Woo-sung, who was part of the production team of the original short film. The six-part series centers on a group of strangers who gather at a remote motel with ulterior motives and seeking to bargain, only to find themselves trapped after an earthquake. Spoiler Free Review: ‘Pet Sematary: Bloodlines’

From director Lindsey Anderson Beer comes Pet Sematary: Bloodlines, the prequel to the 1989 classic Stephen King adaptation that taught us that “sometimes dead is better.” Set in 1969, a young Jud Crandall has dreams of leaving his hometown of Ludlow, Maine, behind but soon discovers sinister secrets buried within and is forced to confront a dark family history. Banding together, Jud and his childhood friends must fight an ancient evil that has gripped Ludlow since its founding and, once unearthed, has the power to destroy everything in its path. First, we should talk about casting. Jackson White stars as young Jud, a character made iconic by actor Fred Gwynne’s performance in the original. Jackson doesn’t exactly look like a young Gwynne, but he does give a great emotional performance, so I’m willing to look over it. Henry Thomas stars as Jud’s father, and while he has a tendency to play characters that seem distant, he showed more feeling here.
