Pennywise is everywhere these days, in the new version of IT, in Bill Skarsgard’s dressing room, and in fact, yesterday we shared a brand new image from the spread in the most recent edition of Empire Magazine. Today, we have even more news.
From Dead Mouse Productions, the makers of Unearthed & Untold, the Pet Sematary documentary, comes Pennywise: The Story of IT. That’s right, an IT documentary! Dead Mouse made the announcement via Facebook. And the best part, Tim Curry, the original Pennywise himself, will be featured in the documentary.
While there has not been any other information revealed, we are beyond excited. We will update you when we know more. The remake of IT, directed by Andy Muschietti and written by Gary Dauberman, will open in theaters nationwide on September 8, 2017. Bill Skarsgard will be playing the role of Pennywise, the role made iconic by Tim Curry.
