From director Jon Watts and producer Eli Roth, comes a twisted tale of terror, titled Clown. The film stars Andy Powers as Kent, a loving father desperate to make his son happy. When a clown cancels on the boy’s birthday, Kent puts on an old clown suit that he has found. After the party is over Kent goes to take off the suit, only to discover that it will not come off. The longer he wears the suit, the more of himself he loses and the more of a monster he becomes. Suddenly, Kent is suffering from serious cravings, for flesh.
The film is based on a fake movie trailer created by Jon Watts, of the same name, in 2010. Roth teamed up with Watts to bring Clown to life in a full length feature film. Clown was released last year in the UK, but for some reason it never saw release here in the states, until now. It was released on March 18th on Vudu, iTunes and other digital formats from Anchor Bay and will finally arrive on DVD and Blu-ray in the US on June 17th.
Today we have a brand new clip from the film titled “Nose Surgery“. In it we see Kent’s wife trying to get the red nose off, which looks play a bad game of “Who’s got your nose”.
On the second we shared another clip (below), in which we see the clown, a kid, and a ball pit filled with blood.
