Michael Dougherty To Deliver Godzilla 2
After months of running the writer’s room for Legendary’s ‘Godzilla’ franchise, Michael Dougherty has signed to not only write the upcoming sequel with his ‘Krampus‘ co-writer Zach Shields, he’ll be directing as well, Variety reports. Back in 2015 Legendary and Warner Bros announced a partnership in which Legendary would develop the films with Warner Bros. distributing. The first film born of the partnership was ‘Kong: Skull Island‘ which opens in theaters nationwide on March 10, 2017. The reason for the arrangement, Legendary plans a new “ecosystem’ of giant monsters, old and new. Dougherty has a history of making great films, the genre favorite ‘Trick ‘r Treat’ is just one example. I look forward to seeing what he does with ‘Godzilla 2’, set for release on March 22, 2019. It will be followed by ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ on May 29, 2020.

A film has just been released titled ‘Leatherface’, but it is an impostor. On the poster stands a man with a chainsaw and stitched together mask, the tag line “The Legend Lives On…” written at the bottom. Hmmm, I wonder where they got that idea (sarcasm)? The Synopsis for the movie goes like this: Four wannabe actors take part in a horrifying reality show in which a serial killer stalks them in a remote cabin and their reactions are filmed for TV. The survivor of the week is promised $1 million and the starring role in their very own horror film. The only

Movie Review: Dark Obsession is Found IN A LONELY PLACE
For some people making a real connection with others can be, at best, an arduous task. Even once said connection is made there are no guarantees on how deeply one person will feel it in relation to another. Such would be the case where Thomas and Teresa are concerned. Thomas is awkward, in appearance and demeanor and Teresa is beautiful, but at odds with her sense of personal identity. The pair have been longtime friends and able to confide in each other, but unbeknownst to Teresa, she has long been the object of Thomas’s unrequited affection. Part of Teresa’s inner struggle is her inability to form a romantic bond with anyone unless they can help her to make a truly profound discovery about who she is on an existential level. Obsessed as he is with Teresa, Thomas will take it upon himself to be the man who helps her plumb the depths of her soul – no matter how emotionally
