Game Review: ‘World War Z: Aftermath’

It’s no secret, people like to kill zombies, but how would they fair staring down a massive hoard of them barreling towards them like a tsunami of bloody flesh and nightmare fuel? Well, now you can in World War Z: Aftermath. A big thanks to Saber Interactive for the opportunity to try out this game! The game takes place in the same universe as Paramount Picture’s film World War Z where players team up to survive the massive hoard of zombies. It should be noted that World War Z: Aftermath is an addition to the main game and not a standalone story. Aftermath features new characters and two new levels, Rome and Russia’s Kamchatka peninsula. The biggest addition to the game is the option to have the game in First-Person, which added a whole new dynamic to the intensity of the game. I have not played the game before now and after a few hours going solo with AI teammates;

A ‘Marvel Zombies’ Movie Is Finally On Its Way

Following a recent episode of “What If…” on Disney Plus, there is a rumor that the MCU is making a live-action movie based on the Marvel Zombies. Even though we’ve heard this before, the rumor seems to be somewhat credible seeing that Mark Miller (Kick-Ass, Kingsman), the comic book creator who first brought the story to life, recently released an email newsletter teasing that a live-action film is on its way. …also (if my sources are correct) a little live-action Marvel Zombies further down the line, but you never heard that from me. The comic “Marvel Zombies” first debuted in 2005 and was a five-issue limited series set in an alternate universe where the world’s superhero population has been infected with a virus that turned them into zombies. While writing Ultimate Fantastic Four, Mark Millar decided to introduce an alternate Earth populated by zombies in a “Crossover” featured in issues #21-23. Marvel Comics liked Millar’s idea so, as he wrote
