Exclusive New Clip From Revenge Horror ‘Serena Waits’

We’ve got our hands on a brand new exclusive clip to share with our readers from Hunter Johnson’s indie revenge thriller Serena Waits! Written by Johnson, the film centers around Serena (Brialynn Massie, Must Love Horror), who attends a college frat party. When an alcohol-fueled hookup takes a violent and horrifying turn, Serena becomes the victim of a violent and deadly encounter with three college athletes (Colton Wheeler, Charles Chudabala, and David Marlowe). Soon after discarding Serena’s body, the guys find themselves haunted by her presence. Is it all in their heads or has Serena returned for revenge? Genre distributor Terror Films has teamed with Kings of Horror for the World Premiere of Hunter Johnson’s indie revenge thriller Serena Waits! Written by Johnson, the film centers around Serena (Brialynn Massie, Must Love Horror), who attends a college frat party. Indie genre distributor Terror Films has acquired the worldwide rights to Marvin Choi’s feature debut, A Knight’s Tour. In a post-apocalyptic world, J.D. (Darnel Powell) is a young drifter suffering from an injury. Soon, J.D. finds himself at a secluded cabin occupied by Henry (Joseph Price), a detached hermit; here, Henry is living in self-imposed isolation from a chaotic world. After their initial suspicions subside, these two strangers begin to form a friendship over a game of chess.  After Six Years ‘The Torment of Laurie Ann Cullom’ Finally Gets A Release Date

After six years, Terror Films is set to finally release the long-gestating 80’s horror throwback The Torment of Laurie Ann Cullom. In the film, a woman who suffers from agoraphobia soon realizes her fear of the outside world is nothing compared to what she finds in her home. Inspired by actual events, director Mark Dossett’s critically acclaimed indie horror film began its festival run in 2014 and has been praised by horror critics including Horror Fuel’s own Noah Manginelli who proclaimed back in 2016 that it is “one of the best slasher movies of the year,” in his review. ‘Documenting the Witch Path’ Conjures A Release Date

Carl Sundstrom’s terrifying found footage film, Documenting the Witch Path has conjured an October release date. Inspired by actual events, this film follows three young documentary filmmakers, (Nathaniel P. Erlandsson, Robin Franzen, and Carl Sundstrom). Together, they discover a path in the woods, which leads to a lake known as Witch Lake. Accused of witchcraft during the 17th century, many innocent men, women, and children were drowned in this now infamous lake. With the entrance to the path covered and the lake closed to the public, the filmmakers venture into the woods in search of a horrifying truth. The award-winning written and directed by Sundstrom and produced by Simon Tuomisto, the film has won Best Documentary Feature at both the Bloody Horror International Film Festival and the Independent Horror Movie Awards.
