Ben Scrivens founded Fright-Rags over two decades ago. The company created amazing, high-quality horror apparel. Specifically, they designed incredibly detailed horror movie T-shirts. Fright-Rags became a massive, beloved global horror brand. As a result, loyal fans expected incredible, terrifying products. Ultimately, the company mastered the horror collectibles market entirely. Now, however, they are entering an entirely new medium.

Venturing Into Comics

Recently, Fright-Rags announced an exciting, original comic book. They are delivering brand-new tales of terror. Fright-Rags Presents: Tales from the Morgue is launching. This all-new horror anthology arrives just in time for Halloween. Additionally, they partnered brilliantly with American Mythology Comics. This collaboration will undoubtedly thrill die-hard horror readers.

Inside the Morgue

First, the Fantom guides readers through this nightmare. Namely, this resident ghoul introduces two terrifying original stories. The issue features thirty-two full-color pages. Initially, readers encounter a frightening story titled “Pyromaniac.” Here, a hateful force uses fire for global cleansing. As a result, this villain burns everything in his path. Next, the anthology presents the terrifying “Maul Santa.” Meanwhile, a dying shopping mall struggles on Christmas Eve. Eventually, the longtime mall Santa finally snaps violently.

The Talented Creators

Talented writers crafted this amazing debut issue. James Kuhoric and S.A. Check wrote the comic, and G.O. Parsons contributed to the chilling script. Brilliant artists brought these vivid nightmares to life. E.V. Cantada provided gory interior artwork. And Emanuele Tommarelli beautifully illustrated these genuinely scary pages.

Exclusive Covers and Merchandise

Naturally, Fright-Rags is selling an exclusive limited edition. Justin Osbourn created the cover art. Fans can also find beautiful variant covers by artists Roy Allan Martinez, Buz Hasson, Puis Calzada, and Gabriel Mangum.

A Dream Come True

Ultimately, vintage comics deeply inspired Ben Scrivens’ passion for horror. As a result, telling original stories is a huge dream come true. Moreover, featuring the Fantom as host feels absolutely perfect. Indeed, the Fright-Rags team planned these specific tales for years. So Scrivens eagerly awaits fans reading them.
