Make Your Fire Pits Burn With The Skulls Of Your Enemies…Not Really

Summer is approaching and you know what that means, late night conversations around a campfire or a propane fire bit. Those fire bits are nice but you have to admit, those fake logs or fire glass can be kind of…lame, well not anymore! The folks at Myard have the perfect replacement or addition to your fire pit or gas fireplaces, fireproof skulls. These ceramic skulls are made to withstand really hot temperatures in both a gas or wood-burning fireplaces or fire pits. Use them around Halloween or if you’re like me, use them all year around! The skulls do come in different colors but depending on how often you use them and in what way, soot can build up on them and discolor them. Some people on the web have said they’ve used fireproof paints to repaint them or paint them up to look more realistic. Myard says that the skulls are meant to be used in open fire pits

Trailer And Release Date For Horror Comedy ‘The First Date’

Everyone has had a first date nightmare, let’s all join together and watch other’s nightmares instead of our own! We have the trailer debut for the Horror Comedy ‘The First Date’ coming to Amazon Video, Amazon Prime and Vimeo On Demand on September 26! “Tired of the online dating world, a hopeful woman decides to give it one last try with a charming stranger who owns his own theater and has a collection of very strange short films. Produced by Buttino and Groves as ‘The September Brothers’ in New York, the new 80-minute long feature film combines traditional horror, paranormal scares, science fiction, and plenty of b-movie humor. “What ‘The First Date’ might lack in budget, it more than makes up for it in creativity, originality, and the filmmakers’ genuine love for the horror genre. It’s scary, funny and frankly, a bit weird (in the best way possible). We think viewers will enjoy The September Brothers’ quirky and relatable style

A review of Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno

Before I go into how much I love The Green Inferno, let me start by saying the first 20 – 30 minutes wasn’t great, mainly because our main character Justine (Lorenza Izzo) has an atrocious roommate Kaycee (Sky Ferreira), whose 1990’s grunge, forced, hipster dialogue was one of the most horrific things in this film. I realize that the films director, Eli Roth, was going for with this, but it is either some of the worst acting I have ever seen or the best, Ferreira deserves an Oscar! I have seen this film 3 times and still can not decide what side of the fence I am on. Now that the worst part of the film is out of the way, let’s get to the good stuff! I personally believe this is Roth’s best film! Shooting 4k (digital) along with the films soundtrack really helps bring the jungle to life and ultimately the fear that our characters feel. The opening
