Dive Into The New Shark Filled Trailer For 47 METERS DOWN

With summer approaching, many people’s thoughts are drifting to warm sandy beaches and the cool waters of the ocean. For some, thoughts of what might be lurking before the surface, sharp toothed, hungry sharks, are there in the backs of their minds. Of course, the season wouldn’t be complete with a summertime shark film to bring those fears to life, like the upcoming shark thriller 47 Meters Down (aka In the Deep) which has a brand new trailer. Mandy Moore and Clair Holt star as sisters cage-diving. When their boat leaves them stranded in an observation cage, they are trapped on the ocean floor, surrounded by Great Whites. The film was directed by Johannes Roberts ( The Other Side of the Door) who co-wrote the script with Ernest Riera. The Strangers 2 Finally Set To Begin Production – For Real This Time

After years of talk and rumor we can now tell you that The Strangers II is finally beginning production. At a recent screening of The Blackcoat’s Daughter the good folks over at Dread Central caught up with Brian Bertino. While talking with Bertino, they asked about the long awaited sequel to Bertino’s 2008 home invasion hit The Strangers. Come to find out, the project is a go and is set to begin filming this summer. As for the reason for the long delay, Bertino lays the blame at the feet of Relativity Media and has stated that the wait was due to issues with the rights, which Relativity owned until recently. I’m thrilled that is seems like finally now people are behind the movie that are interested in making it. Great Whites Are Hungry In The New Clip For ‘In The Deep’

Shark film ’47 Meters Down’ has been renamed ‘In the Deep’. The film stars Mandy Moore and Clair Holt as sisters cage-diving. When their boat leaves them stranded in an observation cage, they are trapped on the ocean floor, surrounded by Great Whites. ‘In the Deep’ was directed by Johannes Roberts, who co-wrote the film with Ernest Riera. Roberts also directed ‘The Other Side of the Door’. Yani Gellman (Pretty Little Liars) and Matthew Modine (Stranger Things) co-star in this shark thriller. A Shark Infested Poster Has Surfaced For In The Deep

It’s full blown shark season. Sharks are everywhere, in the news, on Discovery’s Shark Week, in theaters with The Shallows. Soon another shark film will be arriving on Blu-ray and DVD, In the Deep, from Dimension Films. Directed and co-written by Johannes Roberts (The Other Side of the Door), In the Deep, originally titled 47 Meters Down, is the first film to shoot 95% of its footage under water. Former Pop-Star Mandy Moore co-stars along side Claire Holt (The Vampire Diaries) and Matthew Modine, who is starring in Netflix upcoming series Stranger Things. In the film sisters Lisa (Moore) and Kate (Holt) who have set off for a vacation in Mexico. When the sisters are offered the chance to go diving in waters frequently paroled by beautiful great white sharks, Kate is thrilled and manages to convince Lisa to join her. Jaume Collet-Serra In Talks To Direct ‘In the Deep’

With Shark Week approaching and the 40th anniversary of ‘Jaws’, the news of shark related horror-thrillers are being announced. We have already reported that ‘Meg’ and ‘Sharknado 3’ are in the works. Now, we are here to tell you about another shark attack film that is being made, titled ‘In the Deep’. ‘In the Deep’ was written by Anthory Jaswinski and is being compared to a cross between ‘127 hours’ and ‘Jaws’. Jaume Collet-Serra is in talks to replace Louis Letterier as director. Serra, who directed the 2005 remake of ‘House of Wax’ and the creepy thriller ‘Orphan’ (2009), seems like a great director to take the helm ‘In the Deep’. In the film, a young woman, while out surfing, gets stranded twenty yards from the isolated beach. A huge Great White stands between her and the safety of the shore. The release date and the cast for ‘In the Deep’ has not been announced at this time.
