‘Halloween Kills’ Is Getting A Same Day Theatrical And Streaming Release

Universal has now announced that Halloween Kills will now be a theatrical day-and-date premiere, meaning that on October 15, 2021, the second installment of David Gordon Green‘s trilogy will open in theaters and arrive on Peacock the same day. The reason for the decision is likely that Universal is concerned about people avoiding theaters due to the ongoing pandemic. The reality is Halloween Kills will also have some competition in theaters with Venom: Let There Be Carnage, No Time to Die, and Dune being released around the same time. Halloween Kills has a huge returning cast that includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Robert Longstreet, and original Halloween actor Charles Cyphers who will be reprising his roles as Sheriff Leigh Brackett. Kyle Richards and Nancy Stephens will also be back. Anthony Michael Hall stars as Tommy Doyle. Green co-wrote the script for the most highly anticipated horror film of 2021 along with Danny McBride and Scott Teems.

Michael Myers Is Ready For More In New ‘Halloween Kills’ Image

We’ve got a treat for fans of David Gordon Green‘s Halloween, a brand new image from the sequel Halloween Kills, which Green has promised will have “twice the thrills and ten times the kills” of 2018’s Halloween. In the image shared by Total Film, Michael Myers looks like has sustained a bit of damage during his battle with Laurie in the 2018 movie, but that won’t stop him from dropping more bodies while hunting her down. Watch The New ‘Halloween Kills’ Teaser

Halloween Kills was scheduled to be released this month, but thanks to the pandemic we will have to wait another year to see Michael Myers in action again, or so we thought. Today, a new teaser was released giving us a taste of why this movie is worth waiting for. From director David Gordon Green and co-writer Danny McBride, the sequel stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Kyle Richards, and Nancy Stephens are all returning along with Charle Cyphers of the original film who is reprising his role as Sheriff Brackett. Movie Review: ‘Compound Fracture’ Starring Tyler Mane And Derek Mears

As a hardcore horror fan, I was thrilled when I heard about the film Compound Fracture. You see when you put horror heavy hitters Tyler Mane, Derek Mears, and Muse Watson together you know it’s going to be good. Mane, who has been in MANY horror movies, is best known for his roles as Michael Myers in Halloween (2007) and Halloween II (2009). Then you’ve got Mr. Mears, 2009’s Jason Voorhees, and most recently, Swamp Thing in the series of the same name. Then there’s Watson, who appeared in several films of the I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise. Enough said, am I right? Who Is The Ultimate Slashstreet Boy?

In case you haven’t heard, there’s been a new boy band in town called The Slashstreet Boys, and they’re exactly what they sound like, slashers, well, famous Hollywood slashers that we all love. The YouTube channel The Merkins is home to the Slashstreet Boys who do parodies of songs by The Backstreet Boys but keep them in the realm of horror their biggest hit among fans being “I’ll Kill You That Way”, but each member of the group has their music video of them parodying songs that fit along with their story. The Merkins also do parodies of other songs using characters from other shows like the Night King from Game of Thrones. (Watch) Two Horror Icons Go Head To Head In Fan Film ‘Michael VS Jason: Evil Emerges’

While the battle over Friday the 13th between the film’s writer Victor Miller and the director Sean Cunningham, fans of the franchise won’t be getting a sequel for a while. Luckily, Jason Vorhees is still alive and well in the world of fan films. Earlier this month the YouTube channel Radical Talent released a movie horror fans have been itching to see, Michael vs Jason: Evil Emerges. The 30-minute long film is a family affair with Luke Pedder writing and directing, John Pedder playing Michael Myers, and Joshua Pedder co-starring as Jason Vorhees. Ash Williams Coming To ‘Dead By Daylight’

It was announced at PAX East that Bruce Campbell will be bringing his popular character Ash Williams from the “Evil Dead” film and TV series to the popular cat-and-mouse horror game Dead by Daylight. Campbell teased that Ash was going to make it to video games in a past interview. Dead by Daylight is an online multiplayer where a group of four players takes on the roles as the “Survivors” while one player takes on the role of a “Killer” that is sometimes a creature. The survivors must escape a realm (level) that is used specifically by one type of killer.
