Junkfish announced the sequel to their first-person horror survival game Monstrum will be coming out on PC later in 2020 and will be multiplayer. In Monstrum 2 four players have to escape from a floating fortress in the middle of the ocean while one plays the monster that stalks and kills them. The levels in the game much like the first will generate randomly adding to the stress of veteran players. Four players can be Prisoners who need to use teamwork to solve puzzles, clear obstacles, and to open new areas where they can scavenge for items that will help them outwit the monster that stalks them. Stealth is key to the player’s survival as they must hide and distract the monster. The lucky player that gets to be the Monster will have their choice of what monster to terrorize their friends with as each monster has its own unique ability. THQ Nordic’s third-person survival game, Remnant: From the Ashes which has been out digitally on consoles and PC is now available in physical forms! In Remnant: From the Ashes, players can team up and face new horrors plaguing the world after an apocalyptic event. Players will be facing monsters and epic bosses as they travel between worlds and alternate timelines seeking the “root” to the evil from another dimension that has caused our world to fall. Looting and upgrading your weapons and gear is key to survival in this new world as well as teaming up with friends as the journey ahead is full of dangers that can’t be faced alone. Remnant: From the Ashes is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One digitally and now physically.

Focus Home Interactive will be teaming up with Sabre Interactive to help bring the upcoming co-op online “zombie” survival game, “World War Z” digitally to consoles next year. Along with the news of the teaming up developers comes more information on the classes players can choose from in order to survive the hoard of infected. Each class has its perks that can assist the team. Gunslinger, a character loaded with weapon perks and ammo boosting power. Hellraiser, an explosive expert that comes with C4 and other explosives to clear the way. Slasher, deals damage with their bladed weapons and perks along with their taser. Medic, armed with a stem-gun they can heal teammates from a distance. Fixer, along with the perk that allows them to restore teammate’s ammo they come with explosive bullets. Finally Exterminator, literally killing it with fire thanks to Molotovs and fire damage perks. Players will have to team up and build barricades and traps as they

Krikey has launched its second Augmented Reality mobile game of their three-part “Goosebumps 2” Slappy series; the first one was released in October. This time Slappy the ventriloquist dummy is back in a Christmas themed multiplayer AR game, “Slappy’s Haunted Christmas”. Players must open Christmas presents with a tap of the screen in order to find the Goosebumps manuscript before Slappy does. The presents are not as pleasant as they may seem as some contain jump scares! Each level is unique and the Goosebumps manuscript and jump scares are never in the same spot twice ensuring a unique play through each time. Krikey is available on the App Store and Google Play for free.

Bethesda Game Studios knows how to tease fans when it comes to their favorite game series, especially when it comes to “Fallout”, the post-apocalyptic first-person shooter that takes players into an alternate timeline where the United States suffered a nuclear holocaust. Yesterday, a teaser trailer for the latest installment of the gaming franchise was released, offering little details. “Fallout 76“, according to sources, is rumored to be an online multiplayer game that takes place inside Vault 76, one of many subterranean Vaults that were designed to house hundreds of selected citizens of the United States in the event of a nuclear blast. Those living in the vaults will eventually be evicted and sent back up to the surface to rebuild and repopulate what remains of the United States. The rumors also have stated that the game will be a survival RPG style game much like “Day Z” and “Rust” where players have to collect supplies and weapons and build shelters
