A Werewolf Bares His Teeth In The New ‘Bonehill Road’ Clip

To celebrate Halloween legendary underground filmmaker Todd Sheets (Grindsploitation) has released a new clip from the werewolf film Bonehill Road, which promises to be a howlin’ good time (review). In the film, a mother and daughter escaping an abusive relationship run into something even more sinister on Bonehill Road. Bonehill Road pays homage to classic werewolf films like The Howling and An American Werewolf in London. It will have an 80’s feel and don’t worry, this film will not be one of those PG-13 flicks. It is a horror film for real horror fans and brings back those blood-thirsty beasts we love. Linnea Quigley (Return of the Living Dead), Gary Kent, Millie Milan, Dilynn Fawn Harvey, Eli DeGeer, Douglas Epps, Ana Plumberg, and Aaron Brazier star in Bonehill Road. Movie Review: Bonehill Road is a Howlin’ Good Creature Feature!

Bonehill Road tells the story of Emily and Eden, a mother/step-daughter duo who hit the road after Emily’s go-go gorilla of a husband goes blood simple and starts whippin’ Emily-ass six ways to Sunday (which I’m 100% positive he would blame on her being clumsy and accidentally walking into his fist six to seven hundred times). As our heroines do their Thelma and Louise they perform the one act that all victims of nerve shattering domestic abuse always seem to do; they nearly run down a werewolf in their economy sedan. Since said werewolf has the same personality as Emil’s hubby, he goes completely berserk, gathers up his puppy posse, and attempts to use the duo as chew toys, but they escape and find themselves at a house in the middle of nowhere…which is occupied by a complete psycho who just so happens to be a cannibal…for F’s sake can these ladies ever catch a break? With a madman inside,

Scream Queen Linnea Quigley Is Taking A Walk Down BONEHILL ROAD

Director Todd Sheets is making his return to independent horror in a big way, with the werewolf film Bonehill Road. Today, Sheets announced that Scream Queen Linnea Quigley has joined the cast. Quigley has appeared in over 140 films including The Barn, Night of the Demons, Horrorvision, Phantoms, Pumpkinhead II, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4, and Silent Night, Deadly Night. But most genre fans remember her best as “Trash” (the stripping red head) from The Return of the Living Dead. I am simply overwhelmed that Linneas has decided to join us on Bonehill Road. I have known her for many years and we have always hoped to do a film together. It looks like that is finally going to happen.” Sheets told us. “My mentor is David Decoteau. He gave me my start, and believed in a crazy kid in Missouri when no one else would give me the chance. He also worked with Linnea several times early in

Todd Sheets Returns To Horror With The Practical FX Werewolf Film BONEHILL ROAD

One of the things that made werewolf films from the past so great was the practical effects. Unlike CGI, practical fx gave the creatures a more realistic feel. There is real craftsmanship to pfx creatures. Todd Sheets (Grindsploitation, Hi-8) is returning to the genre with his upcoming film Bonehill Road, which will feature practical fx werewolves. That film, which has a throwback feel, will have no CGI. What makes this even cooler is, not only will it be released on Blu-ray and DVD and other forms of media Bonehill Road will be released on VHS! “Bonehill Road is an homage to classic monster films like The Howling and An American Werewolf In London. In some ways, it is a throwback to the films we grew up with… the real horror movies that we all love so much, and in another way it is a modern horror flick that uses old school techniques, including Practical Monster Effects. NO CGI at all
