We are all eagerly awaiting news about the return of ‘The X-Files’. We already know the show will see David Duchovny (Mulder) and Gillian Anderson (Scully) return to their original ‘X-Files’ roles along with Mitch Pileggi, who played “Skinner”.
Now there has now been another addition to the ‘X-Files’ cast. Comedian and host of ‘The Soup’, Joel McHale, has signed on to play the role of Tad O’Malley, the anchor of an internet news network. McHale’s character will become an unlikely ally for Mulder.
‘X-Files’, much to the delight of a legion of fans, will return to FOX on Sunday, January 24th.
