Backstreet Boy Nick Carter will make his directorial debut with the zombie-western ‘Dead 7’ . The cast of ‘Dead 7’ are former and present members of “Boy Bands”. Cater has enlisted his former band mates A.J. McLean and Howie Dorogh, along with Joey Fatone and Chris Kirpatrick of ‘N Sync’, Jeff Timmons of ’98 Degrees’, Delious Kennedy of ‘All-4-One’ and ‘O-Town’ band members Jacob Underwood, Erik-Michael Estrada, Dan Miller and Trevor Penick. ‘Dead 7’ also stars  Jon Secada, Chloe Lattanzi (Olivia Newton John’s daughter) and actress Carrie Keagan.

Dread Central has the scope on what the plot for the movie.

“Dead 7 revolves around a ragtag group of gunslingers as they try to make their way in a postapocalyptic world. The twist to this world is that it’s just not barren and dangerous, it’s also filled with flesh-eating zombies The gunslingers will find themselves stranded in a town and forced to make a choice, whether to save the citizens of the town or save themselves.

The Asylum will release Carter’s ‘Dead 7’ on SyFy next summer.
