The Anthology film ‘Mexico Barbaro’ presents eight short films, each based on a traditional Mexican legend and each by a different director. The directors include Jorge Michel Grau, Laurette Flores, Isaac Ezban, Edgar Nito, Lex Ortega, aaron Soto, Ulises Guzman and Gigi Saul Guerrero.
The legends each segment revolves around includes both new and old, but all part of the nation’s rich heritage. The short films feature everything from ghosts, monsters, boogymen, Aztec sacrifice, Day of the Dead and more.
‘Mexico Barbaro’ will be released on both DVD and VOD on November 3rd from Dark Sky Films.
