Halloween is our favorite time of the year here at ZADF.ORG and I am here to tell you about how your Halloween can get even better this year!
When you think Halloween you usually just think about costumes and candy, but have you ever heard the word Halloween and thought about comics? No? Well, I do.
That’s because Diamond Comic Distributors has announced that they will be celebrating their 4th annual Halloween ComicFest at participating comic book stores by giving away Halloween and horror themed comic books for free.
The Halloween ComicFest will take place this Halloween, Saturday October 31st 2105, and is a great way to introduce friends and family to the world of comics.
Comic shops are already a great place to go for the latest in pop culture and comics but this event takes the comic shop experience to a whole new level of awesome!
Fans are encouraged to visit their local comic shop for free comics and to participate in various Halloween activities such as costume contests, character appearances, and sales on Halloween themed comic books, products, and other merchandise.
This year there are 21 titles to choose from including 13 full size comics and 8 mini comics.

As you can see this selection has something to offer everyone, whether you are new to comics, new to horror comics, or you have been a lifelong comic fan as I have.
This event will also feature the return of “The Greatest Halloween Costume Contest” where participants can take a picture in costume featuring one of the 21 free Halloween ComicFest comics and then upload the photo on the Halloweencomicfest.com website for a chance to win some amazing prizes!
