Bill Moseley (The Devil’s Rejects, Halloween 2007) and Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th VII: The New Blood, The Hatchet Franchise) play the roles of two brother’s who take after their father, a psycho with a taste for blood. The two brothers pose as paramedics and stalk people in need of medical attention on a lonely stretch of highway. A group of teens will face the brothers, but the girl next door puts up a fight to survive like the brothers have never witnessed.

Moseley and Hodder star along side Olivia Alexander (Attack of the 50 Foot Cheerleader), Brandi Cyrus (The Queue), Sascha Knopf (Acts of Violence), Catherine Blades (Cheerleader), Jake Robinson (American Odyssey), Robert Bogue (Lullaby) and Caitlin Harris (The Vampire Secrets) in this high octane horror film.

Director Alan Smithee and writers Joe Landes and Paul Travers did a fantastic job creating a one of a kind slasher film. In a time where most film plots are recycled or “rebooted” it’s refreshing to watch a horror film that is unique. Of course you can’t wrong when actors like Moseley and Hodder are involved. Those two have scary/creepy down to an art form.

I recommend ‘Old 37’ to any horror fan, especially to those who love the slasher sub-genre. Lucky for you, ‘Old 37’ is now out on DVD.
