A strange virus is quickly spreading through a zoo, turning the animals into blood-thirsty man-eating zombies. Unfortunately, it’s a group of interns’ first day. It’s up to the parks’ staff and interns to keep the animals from escaping into the outside world, all while trying not to become the zombie animals’ next meal.
Director Glenn Miller, who served as first assistant director on Sharknado 2, and screenwriter Scotty Mullen are behind this crazy film. Zoombies stars Marcus Anderson, Kim Nielson and Kaiwi Lyman, who will also be appearing in the upcoming film Lost in the Pacific. Zoombies will be out on DVD on March 1st from The Asylum.
