Five police officers on night patrol arrive at a creepy backwater town in the middle of nowhere after a call comes in for backup. After entering the building they realize that they have stumbled into hell. Things grow worse for the officers as they descend into an ever-increasing nightmarish netherworld where grotesque creatures and hellish torture await them.
The Turkish film Baskin, co-directed by Can Evernol and Ogulcan Eren Akay, will be having its U.S. premiere at The IFC Center in New York on March 25th and at the Los Angeles Arena Cinema on April 1st. Baskin, which is Turkish for “police raid”, will also be arriving on VOD on March 25th.
