Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz, the duo behind Goodnight Mommy, are preparing to make a new big budget horror film with Universal titled The Fortress.
Mot of the details surrounding The Fortress are being kept under wraps at the moment. But we do know that the film follows a group of refugees stowed-away a container ship that is not as safe as it seems, according to Indiewire.
2014’s Goodnight Mommy centers on two young brothers whose mother has had plastic surgery, but under the bandages is someone they don’t recognize. The boys are convinced that she is not their mother.
