Chad Archibald’s Bite, From Black Fawn Films, has been given a DVD release date for later this summer. The stomach-churning film follows Casey, a young woman returning home after a bachelorette getaway. After being bitten by a mystery insect of her trip, Casey begins to feel herself changing. She’s becoming something new. After canceling her wedding Casey gives into her new urges and builds a hive where her eggs feed on flesh.
Elma Begovic stars as Casey. Denise Yuen, Annette Wozniak, Jordan Gray, Barry Bimberg, Lawrene Denkers, Daniel Kimitz, Caroline Palmer and Tianna Nori co-star in Bite, which made some theater goers physically ill.
