Across the nation clowns have been terrifying citizens and harassing kids, even forcing some cities to cancel school days. A few clowns have been arrested, but many towns are still living in fear.
Today, one clown that had been harassing a neighborhood in Fort Wayne, Indiana got shot. Let’s face it, it was just a matter of time. Today at 12:30 p.m. on Plaza Drive, in Fort Wayne, police found the critically injured man dressed as a clown, on the ground shot.
Michael Joyner, a spokesperson from the Fort Wayne Police Department, stated that a white van pulled up alongside the clown and parked. An unknown man stepped out of the van, approached the clown and fired multiple times, then fled the scene. The victim’s name has yet to be released. The shooter remains at large.
I just think it’s crazy.” Joe Wright, who lives down the street from the shooting, said. “People better take those clown mask off…before the coroner does.”
Honestly, I’m shocked it has taken this long for one of the jokers to get shot and something tells me this won’t be the last time. Hopefully this clown obsession will be over soon.
