Written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, ‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter’ is already one of the most anticipated horror film of 2017. Why wouldn’t it be? The films cast, and lead character Alice (Milla Jovovich), along with its zombies and lab-created-creatures are as badass as they come.
The second international trailer has just arrived and it is freaking awesome. In the new trailer it appears that Alice will fighting more than just zombies. In the first seconds of the trailer it appears that Alice is going head-to-head with a dragon-like creature.
With some help from both a few past characters and a few new friends, Alice will be taking on the Umbrella Corporation in an attempt to save the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse. To do that Alice must return back to where it all began, Raccoon City.
Ali Larter is back as Claire Redfield. Iain Glen will reprise his role as Dr. Isaacs and Shawn Roberts returns as Albert Wesker. Several new characters will also appear in the film, including Ruby rose as Abigail, Eoin Macken as Doc, William Levy as Christian, Fraser James as Michael and model Rola will play Cobalt.
‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter’, the sixth and final film of the franchise, is set to open in theaters nationwide on January 27, 2017.
