‘Don’t Breathe‘ has been a hit with theater goers, raising profits of over 50 millions at the box office. It’s no surprise that a sequel to the home invasion thriller from Fede Alvarez is already in the works.
Alvarez confirmed to Comingsoon.com that not only is the sequel happening, he will be returning to the director’s chair.
The 2016 pulse-pounding thriller follows a young woman (Jane Levy) desperate for money who goes along with her boyfriend Money (Daniel Zovato) and their friend Alex (Dylan Minnette) on what they think is easy score. The trio target a blind man (Stephen Lang), but after breaking into his home they discover they have made a terrible mistake that turns into fight for survival.
‘Don’t Breathe’ arrived on Digital HD on November 8th, and will land on Blu-ray and DVD on November 29th
