One of the biggest films coming out of Sundance is David Lowery’s haunting tale, ‘A Ghost Story’ and we have the first images.

The film is flying under the A24 banner, the same company behind the genre hits ‘The Witch’ and ‘Green Room’. Lowery (Pete’s Dragon) both wrote and directed ‘A Ghost Story’, whose cast includes Casey Affleck, Rooney Mara, Sonia Acevedo, Will Oldham, Liz Franke, and Rob Zabrecky.
In the film, a dead man (Affleck) returns to haunt his wife. He appears as a ghost wearing a sheet. While watching her grieve he encounters the ghost of a woman also haunting the house. Together they watch life go on in the home.
‘A Ghost Story’ is set for release on July 7, 2017. The trailer should arrive soon.
