‘The Head’, a new Medieval horror film from director Jordan Downey has entered production. The film is a love letter from Downey to horror genre and references the classics, everything from Texas Chainsaw Massacre to A Nightmare On Elm Street.
In the film, “a barbarian monster hunter of the Middle Ages is haunted by a decapitated head when one of his slayings returns to life.”
Doewney is the man that was behind 2009’s cult horror-comedy classic ThanksKilling and ThanksKilling III. He’s come a long way since those film were released.
So far, only one cast member has officially announced, ‘Hello Au Revoir’ actor Christopher Rygh. Jordan Downey, Rick Fosheim and Kevin Stewart are producing. We will update you when we know more about ‘The Head’.
