Most well known for his role as “Ashley “Ash” Williams”, the chainsaw wielding badass in Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, and most recently, the hit series Ash vs Evil Dead, Campbell is more than just another pretty face. Besides being a beloved actor, he’s also a director and a writer.
Campbell made his directorial debut with two episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess, which he also co-starred in alongside Lucy Lawless, his current co-star on Ash vs Evil Dead. He has gone to direct several films including Man with the Screaming Brain and My Name Is Bruce.
