New Line Cinema’s spin-off of The Conjuring 2 has added another actor to its already impressive cast that includes Demián Birchir, Taissa Framiga and Bonnie Aarons who will reprise her role as the demonic nun.
Belgian actor Jonas Bloquet will now face The Nun, Deadline reports. Bloquet has starred in several films including Elle, 3 Days to Kill, Orphan, and The Family.
The Nun centers on the evil entity faced by Ed and Lorraine Warren in The Conjuring 2 and will serve as a prequel. Bichir will play Father Burke who is dispatched by Rome to investigate the mysterious death of a nun.

Corin Hardy will be directing from the screenplay written by James Wan and Gary Dauberman. Wan and Peter Safran are producing with Dauberman and Todd Williams serving as executive producers.
The Nun possess a Friday the 13th release date. It will open in theaters nationwide July, 2018.
