Back in March we first told you about the upcoming documentary Pennywise: The Story of IT. Today, have a first look and bring the news that the documentary has kicked off an Indiegogo campaign seeking to raise £20,000. Currently, they have raised 15% of their goal, so they are calling on fans of IT for their help.
The documentary is being produced by the Dead Mouse production company who were also behind You’re So Cool, Brewster! The Story of Fright Night and Unearthed and Untold: The Path to Pet Sematary. Chris Griffiths is directing.
The documentary is made as a labour of love by a team of IT fans and this is YOUR unique opportunity to get on board and not only be part of this amazing project BUT make it a reality.”
The documentary has a growing list of impressive interviewees including Tim Curry, the man who made Pennywise the terrifying creature that sparked the fear of clowns in so many.
