Are you ready to sink your teeth into the next (and final) season of Guillermo del Toro’s vampire series The Strain? I know we are. This Sunday, the series returns with the world on its knees and the “Master” in control as humans now serve the strigoi.
In the series’ first promo for season 4, titled “Good Morning”, the sun rose revealing that humans are no longer safe in the daylight.
The premiere picks up nine months after the events of season three’s finale. The strigoi have taken control after the world has been plunged into nuclear winter. To survive, the Master and the remaining humans have reached an agreement and most of the human race now works for the strigoi. But one small group inside of the city is fighting back.
