The first trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s horror-thriller Mother! has been unveiled and not only is it filled with suspense, it left me wanting more.

Aronofsky knows how to build an intense, twisted story. Just look at his films Black Swan and Requiem for a Dream. Not only does the film have a great writer-director, the cast is quite impressive and includes names like Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris, Michelle Pfeiffer, Domhnall Gleeson, Stephen McHattie, and Kristen Wiig.

The film centers on a couple whose relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence and proves that “seeing is believing”.
Mother! opens in theaters on September 15, 2017, from Paramount Pictures.
