The short horror film Agatha is taking the genre by storm. Fresh off its festival tour, the film has now premiered on Crypt TV and received nearly 800k views in just its first four days.
In Agatha, from director Timothy Vandenberg and starring Jessica Farmer, Penny Kohut, and Louise Ogle, “The orphan train comes daily, spilling hundreds of children onto the streets of Pennsylvania in the late 1800’s. Desperate and alone, the penniless 7-year-old Sophie, entrusts an older woman who hires her to bring food each night to someone living in her attic. There is just one rule: Do not pass the serving table….EVER.
It has now been announced that ‘One Tree Hill’ and ‘Lethal Weapon’ actress Hilarie Burton has been cast in the lead role in the feature film adaption which is currently seeking investors.
