The Winchesters have just about been through it all, vampires, ghosts, monsters, but this March they will have their strangest mission yet, they’re getting animated. The boys will go where they have never gone before when they are sucked into the animated world of “Scooby-Doo”.
Once they get over their amazement at the beginning of the cartoon, two things happen,” executive producer Robert Singer to EW. “They say, ‘We’ve been in a situation like this before with the Trickster and I think we’re supposed to play this out.’ Then they realize they’re in a Scooby-Doo cartoon, which makes Dean incredibly excited because Scooby-Doo was his favorite cartoon growing up.”
With the episode approaching a teaser has been released. Dean, being Dean, declares “Dibs on Daphne!”
