‘Stranger Things’ Announces Two New Cast Members For Season 3

“Stranger Things” has added two new cast members to their lineup for season three. Netflix announced today that Cary Elwes and Jake Busey have both boarded the hit series.
Elwes, known for his roles in Saw and Kiss the Girls is set to play the handsome but sleazy Mayor Kline. Mayor Kline is your classic ’80s politician who is more concerned with his image than the residents of Hawkins, Indiana.
 

 
Busey who co-stars in the upcoming The Predator film and a regular on Robert Rodriquez’s series “From Dusk Till Dawn”. On “Stranger Things” he will be playing the role of Bruce, a journalist for The Hawkins Post. He has a sick sense of humor and questionable morals.
 

 
Stranger Things also stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Millie Bobby Brown, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Cara Buono, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Dacre Montgomery, and Sadie Sink.
The series was created by the Duffer Brothers who also serve as executive producers and directors alongside Shawn Levy.
