A Halloween night turns deadly in Lionsgate’s upcoming horror flick Hellfest. It was originally set to be directed by Jennifer Lynch (American Horror Story), but Gregory Plotkin (Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension) stepped in to take the helm.
Written by William Penick (Meet Dave) and Chris Sey (Secrets in the Wall), the film, currently in post-production, stars Amy Forsyth (Channel Zero: No End House), Reign Edwards (Snowfall), Bex Taylor-Klaus (Arrow), and Tony Todd (Candyman). The film is produced by “The Walking Dead’s” Gale Anne Hurd.
“A Halloween night of fun turns deadly at America’s premier theme park when an actual costumed killer begins slaying unsuspecting patrons who believe it’s all part of the show.”
Hellfest opens in theaters nationwide on Friday, October 12, 2018, from Lionsgate.
