At the big electronics and gaming expo E3, fans and onlookers got a chance to watch gameplay footage from the upcoming “World War Z” game, which promises to be more like the book than the movie.
One of the developers from Sabre Interactive was on hand to give more insight for what fans will be expecting to experience. The game will be a four player co-op where you can pick from four different characters specific to each of the three levels you’re playing on meaning there are twelve different individuals to play as.
The three levels take place in New York, Moscow, and Jerusalem where players will be facing approximately 500 AI zombies at once! Each level has three chapters where players scavenge for items to use for making traps and barriers to hold off the hoards of the (still debatable) undead.
Though the game and developers say the game is unique, many gamers have criticized the claim and drawn similarities to “Left 4 Dead” (in the video below they mention it), “Tom Clancy’s The Division”, “7 Days to Die”, “Killing Floors” “Dying Light” and “State of Decay”.
