The award-winning, beautifully-crafted mystery thriller Lost Child from director Ramaa Moseley (The Brass Teapot) will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD later this month, starring Hunger Games & “True Detective ” alum Leven Rambin, “True Blood” star Jim Parrack, and “Sharp Objects” favorite Taylor John-Smith.
In the film, an army veteran, Fern, who returns home in order to look for her brother, only to discover an abandoned boy lurking in the woods behind her childhood home. After taking in the boy, she searches for clues to his identity, and discovers the local folklore about a malevolent, life-draining spirit that comes in the form of a child; the Tatterdemalion. Is this boy truly a lost child, or something more nefarious?

Winner of “Best Actress” award at the Taormina Film Festival and “Best Feature” at Kansas City Film Festival, Lost Child “brings audiences into a world of folklore and isolation reminiscent of the works of Stephen King.

Lost Child opens in select theaters on September 14, 2018, followed by its Blu-ray and DVD release on September 18.
