Only yesterday we gave an update on The Conjuring 2 spin-off, The Crooked Man. Today, we have news about another spin-off of the franchise, Annabelle 3.
McKenna Grace, who stars in the upcoming Netflix series “The Haunting of Hill House”, has been cast as one of the lead characters in New Line’s third Annabelle film, Deadline reports. Grace will play the role of Warrens’ young daughter who becomes the target of the possessed doll.

Filming is set to begin next month on Annabelle 3 and will soon be announcing more cast members for the film whose official title is yet to be announced.
Gary Dauberman who wrote The Nun and It: Chapter one and two will be making his directorial debut. James Wan will be producing alongside Peter Safran with Michael Clear executive producing.
At Sandiego Comic Con, Dauberman stated about the film, “It really picks up with the Warrens bringing Annabelle to the place where it can really no longer wreak havoc, which is their artifact room. But, of course, it turns out she can also wreak havoc there.”

James Wan added, “It’s basically Night at the Museum with Annabelle!”

The is no word yet if Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson will reprise their roles as the Warrens.
