The trend of remakes and reboots shows no signs of slowing, in fact, today, we have news about another classic being revamped, The Craft. That’s right, The Craft.

Three years ago there was a remake in the works from director Leigh Janiak (Honeymoon) who has since stepped away. Now, Blumhouse has found a new director, Zoe-Lister Jones (“Life in Pieces”). There was a script by Janiak and Phil Graziadei that picked up 20 years after the original movie with a new group of witches, but there is no word if the script will be used or if a new one will be written. Doug Wick, who produced the original, will be returning to produce along with Jason Blum.

Andrew Fleming directed the original film that centered on a new girl (Robin Tunney) in town who joins a group of young witches played by Fairuza Blak, Neve Campbell, and Rachel True.
