The teaser trailer is here for Rambo: Last Blood and it proves that Sylvester Stallone‘s iconic character John Rambo is still as badass as ever. It’s clear he’s “gonna ride ’til he can’t no more.”
So, what’s the lethal soldier been up to? He’s been living a peaceful life as a cowboy, but his low-key life has just been shattered. Now he must face his past he won’t go down without a fight.
In the fifth film of the franchise, directed by Adrian Grunberg, the daughter of one of Rambo’s friends is kidnapped, and Rambo, who has been working on a ranch, crosses the U.S.-Mexican border and quickly finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico’s most violent cartels.
Sergio Peris-Mencheta (“Snowfall”), plays the role of Rambo’s adversary, the cartel’s brutal leader, Hugo Martinez. Yvette Monreal, Adriana Barraza, Paz Vega, Oscar Jaenada, and Joaquin Cosio also star. The script was penned by Matt Cirulnick and Stallone.
