This August AMC’s Ridley Scott produced anthology series “The Terror” returns for its second season, titled “The Terror: Infamy“. The trailer has now arrived teasing the horrors of the season inspired by a true event.

 

Set during World War II, the season centers on a series of strange deaths that haunt a Japanese-American internment camp and a man’s journey to discover the entity’s origin.

 

 

Derek Mio, Kiki Sukezane, Cristina Rodlo, Shingo Usami, Naoko Mori, and Miki Ishikawa. Actor and activist George Takei also stars in season two which must hit close to home for him. Takei was held in a Japanese-American internment camp along with his family during World War II. The U.S. held over 120,000 Japanese Americans in camps as a so-called “security matter.”

 

 

The Terror: Infamy” premieres on Monday, August 12th.
